A leading lawmaker on the Vikings stadium bill says she doesn't expect a floor vote until later in the week.
Sen. Julie Rosen of Fairmont says she believes the bill will be voted on this session, but says it's part of a larger package of issues including a tax policy bill that still need to be worked out.
Senator Rosen says votes on the tax bill will probably take place before a stadium vote.
She says the House must vote on the stadium before the Senate can.
Those plans could change. Gov. Mark Dayton is pushing hard for the stadium. Republican lawmakers want a deal with him on a tax policy and provisions for state construction projects.
